Returns Policy

Received a faulty item and need to make a return? We're really sorry to hear this!

Let's face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You've ordered something, and now you have to send it back (insert dramatic eye roll). Don't panic, K&R Signature Décor has worked hard to ensure this process is as painless as possible.

  • Something not right? No problem, let us know within 7 days and we'll straighten it out.
  • K&R Signature Décor does not currently offer exchanges - just refunds!
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All items will be thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.) 
  • All refunds are disbursed back to the original method of payment. 
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not eligible for refunded. 
  • Gift cards are non-refundable 

Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

I haven't received my refund

Depending on the service you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
